- Compile a list of references at the end of your report.
- Include the heading References above the list.
- Mark all the sources that you have referred to in your text. Do not include other sources.
- List the sources in alphabetical order.
- The references must correspond to the in-text citations.
The full reference should include the following information: |
- Who: the author (person, organisation or group)
- When: the year of publication, release or update
- What: the title
- Where: the publisher.

- More information is also required in certain types of publications. :
- Electronic sources should include the full URL address and the date when it was accessed.
- References of scientific journals should include more specific information on the journal volume and issue.
- If electronic sources do not include the year of publication or update, the reference includes the year when the information was retrieved.
Basic rule for a print publication: |
Author’s last name, Initial letters of the given names. Year of publication. Title of publication. Publisher’s location: Publisher.
